【Unclaimed & Returned Packages】

Please ensure you monitor your tracking information and collect your package in a timely manner.

In the rare event that a package is returned to Japan due to an expired retention period or failed delivery, please understand that we are unable to refund shipping fees or cover the costs associated with uncollected items. Should you wish to have your order reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
