配送ポリシー（Shipping Policy）

1. 配送について（Shipping Overview）

 当店では、日本国内および海外25カ国以上への発送を承っております。商品は、月曜日から金曜日の営業日に発送業務を行っております。

We offer shipping within Japan and to over 25 countries worldwide. Our shipping department operates from Monday to Friday.

2. 国内配送（Domestic Shipping - Japan）

  • 配送業者: 佐川急便

  • 送料: [ここに通常送料の金額を入れてください] 円。1回のご注文合計が6,000円（税込）以上の場合は送料無料となります。

  • お届け日数: 原則としてご注文の翌営業日に発送いたします。

  • Carrier: Sagawa Express

  • Shipping Fee: Free shipping on orders over 6,000 JPY (tax incl.). For orders under 6,000 JPY, shipping fees will apply.

  • Delivery: Orders are typically shipped the next business day.

3. 海外発送（International Shipping）

  • 配送方法: 日本郵便 EMS（国際スピード郵便）

  • 送料: 重量および配送地域に応じて、チェックアウト画面で自動計算されます。

  • お届け目安: 発送後、通常5〜14日程度（通関状況により変動します）。

 

  • Method: EMS (Express Mail Service) by Japan Post.

  • Shipping Fee: Automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Estimated Delivery: 5-14 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance).

4. 在庫と欠品について（Inventory & Availability）※重要

当店では他モールおよび店頭と在庫を共有しております。そのため、システム上の更新タイミングにより、ご注文完了後に欠品が判明する場合がございます。

  • 欠品時: お取り寄せ、またはキャンセルのご相談をメールにて差し上げます。取り寄せの場合、発送までにお時間をいただくことがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

We share our inventory with other online marketplaces and our physical store.

  • Out of Stock: In rare cases, an item may be out of stock after your order is placed. We will contact you via email to offer a backorder or a full refund. Please note that backordered items may take longer to ship.

5. 関税について（Customs and Duties）

海外発送の場合、仕向国での関税や輸入消費税が発生する場合がございます。これらはお客様のご負担となりますのでご了承ください。

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
