The Ken is made from maple wood and features an elemental design in the center of the sword.

The Element Solo Ken is equipped with Lotus' new "Lovely String," which has been tested to be the best string available, providing maximum control and minimal tangles.

Balance was our number one priority when designing this shape. We wanted a perfectly balanced ken that would allow players to quickly switch between different styles of kendama. We found the ideal ratio of length, width, and height. The ken rotates on a perfect axis, making every spinning technique feel natural and organic. This shape takes into consideration all elements: flow, spins, stalls, balance, lunar, and slinger . On average, an Element Salad is heavier than a sword, which is why every kendama is lunar polished.
